In the event of an accident during my activity, I give full permission for the relevant instructors, who are suitably trained in First Aid, to administer whatever First Aid treatment they deem appropriate under the circumstances (except as listed above). *

Participant Waiver:

This agreement is important and should be read carefully. By completing this form, you confirm your agreement to the terms below.

1. Acknowledgement of Risk

1.1 I understand that the activities undertaken during this event are physically and mentally demanding and may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, natural obstacles, weather conditions, and other environmental hazards.

1.2 I acknowledge that participation carries a risk of injury, serious harm, or death.

1.3 I understand that while Elite Adventures takes all reasonable steps to ensure safety, risks cannot be completely eliminated.

1.4 I confirm that my participation is entirely voluntary and at my own risk.

2. Participant Declaration

2.1 I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older. If I am under 18, I confirm that I will be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the event.

2.2 I confirm that I am physically fit and medically able to participate, and that all medical information I have provided is accurate and complete.

2.3 I agree to inform Elite Adventures of any changes to my health or fitness prior to participating.

2.4 I agree to follow all instructions given by event staff and to behave in a safe and responsible manner at all times.

2.5 I understand that failure to follow instructions or unsafe behaviour may result in my removal from the event without refund.

3. Liability

3.1 I accept full responsibility for my participation and any associated risks.

3.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Adventures shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from my participation, including loss of personal property.

3.3 Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability for:

(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence

(b) fraudulent misrepresentation

(c) any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law

4. Media Consent

4.1 I consent to photographs, video, or other media being taken during the event and used by Elite Adventures for promotional and marketing purposes.

5. Agreement

5.1 I confirm that I have read and understood this agreement in full.

5.2 I acknowledge the risks involved and agree to participate on that basis.

5.3 I confirm that I am agreeing to this waiver freely and voluntarily.
