Elite Bootcamp Fitness will descend onto Pen y Fan and split into two groups.
Group 1 will take on Pen y Fan at a slower pace aiming to reach this iconic summit in around 2hrs. They will then enjoy lunch before heading back down the path to the waiting coach.
Group 2 will be taking on the infamous SAS selection test, the Fan Dance.
The Fan Dance is a gruelling 24km SAS Selection test march staged over Pen y Fan, the highest mountain in the Brecon Beacons. The infamous march is the world’s oldest Special Forces test and is used as the first major indicator of whether a candidate has the physical and mental aptitude to complete the legendary Selection course.
To be included in Group 2 you must complete the EBFT and score 160 or above.
The price includes return coach from Keresley Rugby Club.
Minimum age
All under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult
